  • Text messages to customers (e.g. with the information “We’ll call you back shortly”) are included in the package.
  • Business notification text messages (e.g. conversation highlights) are turned off by default and cost extra. The cost of 1 minute of conversation equals about 3 text messages.

  • After 5 minutes of conversation, we inform the caller that the time limit has been exceeded and disconnect the call.
